Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One account per person.

Not investment advice

Quillstrike shows information about your own past trades, including statistics, patterns, rule checks, and hypothetical replays. This information is for your own review and education. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and past results don’t predict future results. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. Talk to a licensed professional if you want personal investment advice.

Your data and content

You own your trading data and anything you create. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, and to show posts, replies, images, and attached trades to other members when you share them. You can delete your content or your whole account at any time.

Only upload files and content you have the right to share.

Community rules

• No price targets, buy or sell calls, signals, paid groups, or promotion.
• No harassment, hate, or spam.
• Don’t pretend to be someone else, and don’t share other people’s personal information.
• Don’t try to break, overload, or get around the site’s security.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Members can report posts, and we review reports.

Paid plans

Paid plans aren’t live yet. When they launch, the price, billing period, and free-trial terms will be shown clearly before you subscribe. Plans will renew automatically until you cancel, you’ll be able to cancel online anytime, and we’ll remind you before a trial ends.

Awards and competitions

Awards, leaderboards, and prizes are not live yet. When they launch, they’ll be governed by separate Official Rules, free to enter, and limited to eligible members.

The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to make the site accurate and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error free. Imported data and calculations may contain mistakes, so double-check anything important against your broker’s records.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quillstrike isn’t liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven’t paid anything.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. If we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top and let members know on the site. Continuing to use Quillstrike after changes means you accept them.
