Rule ideas from your trades
Based on patterns in your historyThese come from your own results and only cover your process: timing, limits, and size. They never tell you what to trade. Add one as is, change the number after adding, or skip it.

Ideas are based on past trades and small samples can mislead. They’re for your own review, not investment advice.

How rules work
- You choose every rule and number. Quillstrike never tells you what to trade.
- Rule ideas appear when your trades show a pattern, like weaker results right after a loss. They only cover timing, limits, and size, and you decide whether to add them.
- Rules count from the day you add them. Trades you made before that aren’t counted as breaks, though we show how many would have broken it, for reference.
- Every new trade is checked against your active rules, and breaks show up here and on your dashboard.
- Rules we can’t check from a file (like a stop at entry) are saved for reference. We check them once broker connections arrive.
- Switching a rule off keeps its history. Deleting removes it.
- Rule adherence counts toward the Discipline Award and Season points.

Rules are personal limits you set for yourself, not recommendations.
